Help to train or mentor others on the service team.\n \n Provide our customers with the highest level of service to solve building inefficiencies and resolve service-related items. As a trusted advisor to our customers, you will provide solutions and outcomes at the time of service\n \n Perform other duties as assigned.\n\n\nHow you will do it\n\n \n This skilled position involves troubling shooting and repairing installed sprinkler systems. Including panel repair/reprogram, device replacement/repair, resolving low voltage circuit troubles and system testing.\n \n Organize and effectively utilize technical resources, information, material, and support to assure efficient execution of all assigned tasks.\n \n Candidate must possess excellent written/verbal communication and outstanding customer service skills.\n \n Position involves the programming of fire sprinkler, security, and access control system panels.\n \n Complete and submit all required task-related, activity, productivity, and other documentation in a timely manner.\n \n On call and after-hours work required on occasion at customer need.\n \n Provide recommendations and solutions to ensure facility is running efficiently to include upselling opportunities.\n \n Provide quotes to support recommendations and solutions.\n\n\nWhat we look for\n\nRequired\n\n \n 2 plus years’ experience with Fire Sprinkler systems\n \n Must be able to interpret blueprints, diagrams and specifications.\n \n A good working knowledge of computers is necessary.\n \n Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.\n \n Capable of performing physical labor to include carrying and moving equipment and tools up to 50-70 lbs. Able to work in unusual and sometimes difficult position such as climbing ladders, scaffolding and high lift equipment up to 40 feet, working within ducts, crawl spaces, above ceilings, etc.\n \n Ability to work flexible hours including weekends to meet customer requirements.\n \n Overnight travel may be required.\n \n Demonstrate a high level of customer service.\n \n Maintain truck inventory to ensure timely response to customer needs.\n \n Ability to adhere to, implement, and follow safety guidelines and procedures at all times.\n \n Strong organizational skills, positive attitude, and an ability to learn quickly.\n \n Possess a valid driver’s license and driving record that meets company requirements.\n \n Retain any licenses that are required by National, State and Local codes.\n\n\nPreferred\n\n \n Technical training preferred\n \n NICET II preferred\n\n\n**Sign On Bonus!**\nHIRING HOURLY RANGE: $29.66 – $42.00 (Hourly rate to be determined by the education, experience,knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with marketdata.)
