Senior Customer Service Coordinator

About This Role The Senior Customer Service Coordinator reports to direct supervision and provides administrative and operational support to the Customer Service, Sales, Finance, and Quality Assurance teams. Essential Job Functions Coordinate the customer quote process, contracts pricing, and customer program information; update pricing in the computer system. Move orders through the entire order cycle. Work with customers and the Finance team to obtain credit references, establish payment terms, and issue credits when necessary. Investigate customer complaints and collaborate with Sales and Customer Service teams to resolve issues in a timely manner. Complete and process all administrative forms related to customer service; create and maintain sales records. Continuously develop and improve customer service processes to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction. Provide monthly AR statements to customers and assist finance with collections. Create and resolve Customer Complaints and RMA’s. Distribute weekly Customer Complaints and RMA reporting to the Leadership Team. Research and provide detailed documentation for RMA’s while working closely with accounting. Education / Training High school diploma or equivalent. Experience Minimum 5 years of customer service experience. What You Bring Ability to maintain and develop customer relationships and deliver excellent customer service. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to interact with people at various levels across the organization. Proficient computer knowledge, including strong proficiency in Microsoft Office programs. Ability to analyze reports and use data for planning, communication, decision‑making, and problem analysis. Strong attention to detail, excellent analytical and organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines. Flexibility and the ability to adapt to changing organizational needs. Verbal and written communication skills in Spanish preferred. Knowledge of credit allocations and collections preferred. Experience with international supply chains and logistics preferred.
