Experience life at the forefront of a better tomorrow – for patients, our hospital and your career.This is a full time position working 11:00 am - 7:00 pm located at the NewYork-Presbyterian/Brooklyn Methodist Hospital.Preferred Criteria:Previous experience working as a Certified Surgical Technician in EP preferredRequired Criteria:High School Diploma or equivalency requiredCompleted an accredited Surgical Technician ProgramCertification as a Surgical Technologist by the Association of Surgical Technologist or Surgical Technician by the National Board of Surgical Technician and Surgical Assisting (NBSTSA)Minimum of one year experience as a Certified Surgical TechnicianNew Graduates will be considered based on required CST Certification and Academic performanceKnowledge of surgical supplies, instruments, machines and equipment used in and related to the Operating RoomBasic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification requiredJoin a healthcare system where employee engagement is at an all-time high.
