Full-time

FTE: 1.0 40hrs. per week

Job Summary:

Perform clinical evaluations and develop a program of treatment to ensure each patient achieves their maximum functional level.

Job Qualifications:

A. Education (or equivalent years of experience): Required for consideration: Bachelors, Masters or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.

B. Experience (or equivalent education): No experience required for hospital setting.

C. Licensure: Required for consideration: Physical Therapy from the State of Florida.

D. Certification: Required for consideration: BLS from American Heart Association or American Red Cross (only these two providers will be accepted).

Accrues biweekly

Increases after five years of service

Available after a 90-day introductory period

Paid Sick Leave:

5 days in your first six months

Up to 15 days annually from six months through four years
