Contract | Travel | Days | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM | 13-Week Assignment

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct physical therapy services to patients in a Long-Term Acute Care Hospital (LTACH) setting
• Evaluate, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans to maximize patient functional outcomes
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate patient care and progress
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with facility standards
• May be required to float to other units within the facility as needed

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) license valid in the state of Kentucky
• Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience as a Physical Therapist
• Acute care experience preferred to meet facility expectations

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in an acute or long-term acute care (LTACH) setting
• Familiarity with interdisciplinary team collaboration in a hospital environment
• Ability to adapt to floating assignments across units as needed
