With 15 distribution centers strategically located throughout the nation, HF Foods Group aims to supply the increasing demand for Asian American restaurant cuisine.Primary FunctionsWe are looking for a hard-working warehouse associate to help us in our warehouse. The warehouse worker is responsible for receiving, labeling, and storing incoming shipments, assessing stock for damages, keeping a concise record of inventory, and accurately filling customer orders.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesReceiving, processing, labeling, and storing incoming stockMaintaining clear records on all inventory and stockInspecting all stock for damages and keeping records of damagesOrganizing the warehouse spacePreparing orders for shipmentOperating stock management tools; for example, a forklift, pallet jackCounting stock and keeping inventory recordsAny other duties as assignedSkills and QualificationsBasic understanding of records, inventories, and other routine documentation used in warehouseThorough understanding of warehouse policies and proceduresExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailExcellent time management skillsSuccessfully pass background checks including criminal history and drug screeningAble to use forklift or pallet jack to move the pallets and/or productsPhysical RequirementsThe employee is frequently required to use hands to touch, handle, and feel, and to reach with hands and arms.
