We are seeking Sheetmetal Mechanics for projects aboard MCAS Cherry Point. Working directly under the Site Supervisor, this position involves both team collaboration and independent work on new installations and retrofit projects. Occasional travel may be required to support various project sites.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate sheet metal components to specifications
• Install HVAC ductwork and related components
• Interpret blueprints and technical drawings accurately
• Adhere to safety standards and compliance regulations
• Handle materials and tools efficiently and safely

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in sheet metal mechanics
• Proficient in sheet metal fabrication and HVAC system installation
• Skilled in blueprint reading and interpretation
• Experienced with hand and power tools
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Commitment to safety compliance
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities

Candidate must be able to obtain authorization to work on military installation.
