Certified Occupational Therapy AssistantWe're hiring a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for a travel contract role at a skilled nursing facility in Petoskey, MI. Under the guidance of a licensed Occupational Therapist, you will help patients regain skills for everyday life and contribute to interdisciplinary care.Minimum RequirementsAssociate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college.Active Michigan COTA license required to start the assignment.BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.Experience working in skilled nursing facilities preferred.Client requires experience with restorative nursing programs and documentation in electronic medical records preferred.Assignment DetailsFacility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility.Shift Name: Days.Shift Details: Days 0830-1630.Work Schedule: 5x8.Float Requirement: May be required to float to other facilities within the client network.Location HighlightsPetoskey offers access to both inland lakes and Lake Michigan shoreline within short drives.
