Registered Nurse - Operating Room

Job Description

Job Summary:

Seeking experienced OR Circulators for a 13-week travel assignment in a busy hospital operating room. Candidates will support surgical procedures, ensuring patient safety and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate surgical procedures by preparing operating rooms and supporting sterile techniques.
• Monitor patient status throughout surgeries and communicate updates to the surgical team.
• Assist with patient positioning, equipment setup, and turnover between cases.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and maintain sterile field standards.
• Document procedures, patient information, and equipment usage accurately.
• Support team members during complex surgeries, including robotic and orthopedic cases.

Qualifications:

• Hold an active RN license and BLS certification.
• Minimum of 2 years' OR nursing experience with proficiency in robotic and orthopedic surgeries.
• Demonstrate experience with EPIC EMR systems.
• Possess Vascular surgery background preferred.
• Be flexible with scheduling, including weekend and on-call shifts.
