Learning FacilitatorWe are seeking a responsible and reliable Learning Facilitator to join one of our great clients in Woodstock, GA. In this role, you will be responsible for educating new hires and temporary staffing employees on company policies and procedures, supporting OSHA safety training, and maintaining accurate training records, all while ensuring a positive, safe, and engaging learning environment.ResponsibilitiesEducate new hires and temporary staffing employees on company policies, procedures, and workplace expectationsFacilitate OSHA safety training for new employees and ensure all required modules are completedServe as an instructor for company, delivering structured training content and supporting learner developmentTrack all active education and training progress, maintaining accurate records and documentationGain insight and updates from production and department managers to ensure training content remains current and aligned with operational needsFollow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe training environmentMaintain strong communication with leadership and employees to support successful onboarding and continuous learningQualificationsHigh school diploma or GED required2+ years of instructional training experience or equivalent combination of undergraduate education and instructional trainingPrevious training or facilitation experience requiredExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsBasic computer experience or knowledgeMust have a clear background to be consideredAbility to present information clearly and confidently to groups of varying sizesExpress Employment Professionals works with job seekers to help find the right job for their skills and experience.
