Maintenance SupervisorMaria Joseph Continuing Care CommunityDanville, PAThe Home with a HeartMaria Joseph Continuing Care Community is seeking a dedicated and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead our maintenance team and help ensure a safe, comfortable, and well-maintained environment for our residents, staff, and visitors.This position oversees maintenance operations across our campus, including Emmanuel Nursing Center, Maria Joseph Manor, Nazareth, and The Meadows. The Maintenance Supervisor assists in planning, directing, and coordinating preventative and corrective maintenance programs while supporting the overall mission and values of our organization.Essential ResponsibilitiesSupervise and coordinate maintenance department operationsDevelop and maintain preventative maintenance schedulesAssign and oversee maintenance projects and repairsConduct quality checks to ensure work meets established standardsAssist with campus safety, fire, and security operationsPerform minor electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general maintenance repairsMaintain department records, reports, and documentationAssist with budget planning and equipment procurementCoordinate snow removal and grounds maintenanceSupport environmental services and housekeeping operations as neededCoach, mentor, and evaluate maintenance staffAssist with transportation services when necessaryQualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredMaintenance experiencePrevious supervisory experience preferredKnowledge of electrical, plumbing, refrigeration, and general maintenance systemsExperience using hand and power toolsValid Pennsylvania driver's license with acceptable driving recordStrong organizational, communication, and leadership skillsBasic computer proficiencyAbility to work independently and maintain confidentialityAbility to lift up to 50 poundsWhy Join Maria Joseph?Faith-based organization with a strong missionSupportive team environmentOpportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of seniorsCompetitive compensation and benefits packageStable, long-term employmentApply today and become part of The Home with a Heart!
