Our client, an emerging Applied Behavior Analysis provider, is seeking an experienced clinician to help build the foundation for excellent ABA services. I this role, you will have the chance to work closely with leadership to help build and shape the foundation of clinical services from day one.

• Flexible scheduling aligned with your availability
• Target of approximately 25 billable hours per week with manageable expectations

About the Role

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs)
• Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans
• Provide supervision and support to RBTs
• Train parents and caregivers on behavior strategies
• Monitor client progress and adjust programming based on data
• Collaborate closely with families and leadership to drive meaningful outcomes

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Psychology, Special Education, or a related field
• Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing with the BACB
• Current state licensure or eligibility in Maryland (MD)
• Experience in ABA service delivery and supervision of RBTs
• Passion for ethical, family centered care
• Comfortable working in a startup environment with evolving structure and processes
• Strong clinical and professional judgment with the ability to operate with autonomy
• Collaborative mindset and willingness to partner closely with leadership and team members
• Adaptable and solutions-oriented approach to building and refining systems
• Desire to shape clinical programming, standards, and team culture from the ground up
