In this vital role, you will manage rental accounts, focus on exceptional customer service, promote new products, enhance account performance, and perform timely deliveries and pickups. You'll help foster sales growth and maintain healthy accounts by nurturing customer relationships while aligning with our mission and values. Key Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of accounts, ensuring strong customer relationships. Perform early-stage collections (1-6 days overdue) and achieve collection targets. Utilize account management tools to uphold account health and secure payment commitments. Fulfill delivery, pickup, and account follow-up routes as assigned. Provide exceptional white-glove customer service in-store, over the phone, and in customers' homes. Drive sales growth and initiate new rental agreements. Safely transport, handle, and install merchandise. Maintain showroom standards and company vehicles. Adhere to all safety and operational guidelines. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. At least 18 years of age. Valid driver's license with a good driving record. Strong communication and customer service skills. Physical Requirements Ability to lift and move heavy merchandise. Able to drive a box truck. Capable of standing and driving for extended periods. Schedule & Work Environment Full-time, Monday-Saturday with Sundays and one weekday off.
