Job Title: UI/UX Designer

Job Type: Full-time, onsite in Dallas TX, 85-95k

About the Opportunity:

We're seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to join a dynamic digital team. This role requires a balance of creativity and functionality, delivering intuitive, user-friendly designs for eCommerce websites and digital platforms.

Responsibilities:

- Design Development*: Create engaging, responsive user interfaces for web and mobile platforms.

- User Research: Conduct user research and usability testing to optimize flows and improve conversion rates.

- Design Implementation: Collaborate with developers to implement designs accurately and efficiently.

- Brand Alignment: Ensure designs align with brand identity and accessibility standards.

- Staying Current: Stay up-to-date with design trends, UI frameworks, and UX best practices.

Requirements:

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience).

- Experience: 3+ years of UI/UX design experience, preferably in eCommerce or consumer products.

- Design Tools: Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.

- Portfolio: Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design processes and outcomes.

- Skills:

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

- Experience with A/B testing and data-driven design decisions.

- Understanding of front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).

Preferred Qualifications:

- Background in consumer products, retail, or eCommerce.

Work Arrangement:

- Hybrid work options are available for candidates in the Dallas area.

- This is a full-time role, Monday-Friday.
