What You’ll Do Support the Store Manager with day‑to‑day shop leadership and performance. Motivate, coach and inspire the team to deliver excellent service. Ensure the highest standards of customer care, store presentation and operations. Help customers find eyewear solutions that combine style, comfort and optical expertise. Step up to lead the store in the Store Manager’s absence.
