Consumer Lending Manager

At North Star Community Credit Union , lending is about helping people achieve their financial goals while building stronger communities. We're looking for an experienced Consumer Lending Manager to lead our lending team, drive performance, and deliver exceptional member experiences.

What You'll Do

Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing consumer lending team
Oversee lending operations, underwriting guidance, and loan decision-making
Monitor portfolio performance, risk, and compliance
Improve lending processes and member experiences
Partner with leadership to support lending strategy and growth

What You Bring

5+ years of consumer lending or financial services experience
Strong knowledge of underwriting, credit analysis, and lending regulations
Leadership and team development experience
Experience with lending technology and loan origination systems
Credit union or community banking experience preferred
