Ops Analyst MKTS

Responsible for standard research, reporting and analytical support for the delivery of end‑to‑end support for Global Markets sales, trading and underwriting business across multiple lines of business. Responsibilities Support the businesses overall strategies and learn how we operate. Contribute to the development of business intelligence to support performance analysis and process enhancements. Perform research and conduct standard analyses, including transactions that require special handling and exception handling. Explore methods to enhance processes, further reduce risks and boost client experience. Partner with colleagues on the trade and sales support teams, and external agents. Create reports and liaise with internal partners to ensure proper client reporting and assist with regulatory reporting. Escalate potential risks and exposures to manager in a timely manner. Assist with ad‑hoc projects, new processes, or initiatives requiring coordination among subject matter experts representing multiple product areas or functions. Qualifications 1–3 years of capital markets experience. 1–3 years of Microsoft Excel experience. Effective communicator across various levels with the ability to influence positive outcomes. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage workload through fluctuating volume periods; ability to multitask while managing competing priorities and deliveries. Self‑motivated individual who demonstrates and encourages collaboration within and beyond the team. Excellent attention to detail. Logical approach to problem solving; intellectually curious. Continuous learner with a desire to become a subject matter expert within the team. Desired Qualifications Experience in the financial services industry. Experience with various data analysis tasks. Strives to bring new thoughts and ideas to teams to drive innovation and unique solutions. Working knowledge of AI tools (e.g., Copilot, Basic Prompting). Experience working in a financial institution operations environment supporting OTC and/or FX or other institutionally traded products.
