Dental Receptionist

Dental Receptionist - Endodontics of Greater St. Louis We are seeking a friendly and organized Dental Receptionist to join our dedicated team. You'll be the first point of contact for our patients, playing a vital role in delivering an excellent patient experience and supporting the smooth operation of our dental practice. Schedule: Full Time, Monday - Thursday 7:00am-4:00pm and Friday 8:00am-12:00pm Responsibilities Greet patients warmly and ensure a welcoming, professional environment Schedule and confirm appointments, manage provider calendars Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and manage patient communication Verify insurance coverage and obtain necessary pre-authorizations Process payments, handle billing, and maintain accurate financial records Maintain patient records and ensure accurate data entry Coordinate patient flow and assist with administrative support as needed Ensure compliance with patient confidentiality and HIPAA regulations Please note that additional responsibilities may be assigned Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Excellent communication and customer service skills Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office applications Specialized Dental Partners is a doctor-led network of 275+ specialty dental practices and 450+ doctors across multiple states. The salary range for this role is $19-$24 per hour.
