Home Infusion Nurse - On-Call RN (Drive Time Paid)
Soleo Health
Soleo Health is seeking an Infusion Nurse in Arizona to deliver direct patient care for home infusion therapy. You will assess patients, educate families, and coordinate with pharmacists, prescribers, and care partners while maintaining safety and compliance with policy. The role requires an active AZ RN license, a BSN is preferred, and experience in infusion therapy with on-call duties and driving to patient homes.
