Overview
Registered Nurse – Long-Term Care (LTC) in Moses Lake, Washington. This is a travel, temporary assignment starting 06/15/2026 for 5 weeks. Guaranteed 40 hours per week with a weekly pay range of $1,033-$1,062. Shift will be day shift, 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., on a 4-on/2-off rotation. The position is in a 74-bed secured Alzheimer's/Dementia memory care facility providing long-term care.

Responsibilities
- Deliver direct nursing care to residents in a secured memory care setting
- Perform ongoing assessments, monitor vital signs, observe changes, and document updates for physician review
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments with accurate MAR documentation
- Develop and update individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
- Ensure resident safety, implement falls prevention strategies, uphold infection control standards, and assist with activities of daily living
- Communicate effectively with residents’ families and coordinate care with physicians, therapists, and other team members

Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse license in Washington state
- Prior long-term care or dementia care experience preferred
- Strong assessment, documentation, and communication skills
- Ability to work day shift and adapt to a 4-on/2-off rotation
- Commitment to resident safety and high-quality care
