Mechanical Estimator II (Take-Offs & MEP Estimating)
Southland Industries Inc.
A leading engineering and construction firm in Houston, Texas, is looking for an Estimator to prepare contract proposal estimates across multiple disciplines. The ideal candidate must have proficiency with three estimating software types and at least 5 years of estimating, controls, or engineering experience related to mechanical construction. Responsibilities include preparing proposal specifications, attending pre-bid meetings, and ensuring accuracy in estimates.
