- Coordinate with production teams to ensure materials, substrates, and supplies are available and staged for daily operations
- Transport materials to designated staging areas according to production schedules
- Retrieve items from inventory based on team requests and project needs
- Create and maintain staging areas for upcoming projects to improve workflow efficiency
- Remove and replace tip carts across the shop floor to maintain a clean, organized workspace
- Manage the rotation of full and empty gaylords on the dock throughout the day
- Load gaylords onto recycling trailers and coordinate removal with vendors
- Break down cardboard and scrap materials in preparation for scheduled pickups
- Operate the baler multiple times daily to process cardboard and scrap - this is a regular, hands-on part of the routine
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe baling area and load finished bales onto the appropriate trailers
- Follow all dock safety protocols and procedures as directed by the Production Manager
- Handle and transport materials safely and in compliance with internal standards
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Prior experience in a material handling, warehouse, or production support role preferred
- Valid driver's license required - must be able to operate company vehicles
- Forklift certification required (multiple lift truck types); must be maintained
- Comfort working in a physical, fast-paced production environment
