Window World Satellite Office Manager

Window World is the largest window replacement company in the United States and we're looking for a motivated, personable, and self-driven individual to take ownership of our satellite office. This position is responsible for creating an exceptional customer experience while managing the day-to-day administrative operations of the office, supporting sales efforts, maintaining the showroom, and serving as the primary point of contact for customers and the store. THIS IS NOT A REMOTE POSITION!

Responsibilities:

• Report to the office on a daily basis
• Respond to all store and customer emails within a 24-hour period
• Ensure that all stores have an acceptable cancellation rate
• Perform Window World sales demonstration
• Keep a clean and tidy show room for all potential guests
• Assist all customers that enter the store with a friendly demeanor and positive attitude
• Provides outstanding customer service in the call center or front desk operations; Handles all inbound and outbound calls using proper phone etiquette
• Attract potential customers when answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services.
• Maintain customer records by updating account information; maintains strict confidentiality of financial and sensitive information
• Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
• Recommend potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.
• Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Possess in-depth knowledge of all Window World products and services
