H, Boiling Springs, SC 29316-5361, United States Base Pay: $39,650.00 - $46,800.00 per year Other Compensation: Monthly Commission Required Degree: High school Manage Others: Yes Phone: View phone number on click.appcast.io Email: View email address on click.appcast.io Responsibilities Lead and develop branch employees Manage loan applications and account decisions Work with customers to resolve account issues Ensure compliance with company policies Oversee branch performance and profitability Qualifications Leadership or management experience Strong communication and coaching ability Financial services, retail, or banking experience preferred Strong communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills Prior experience managing and training others Prior Finance, Retail, or Sales experience Ability to work beyond standard weekday hours if necessary Computer proficiency, including word processing and spreadsheets High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver’s license and reliable personal transportation Benefits Competitive salary and monthly commission opportunity Paid time off Long‑term career opportunities Commission Incentive Compensation All Branch Managers are eligible to earn a monthly commission that is based upon the profitability of the office. Commissions should account for an additional 20% to 30% of a successful manager’s base compensation. However, there is no limit as to how much commission can be earned.
