Position: Resident Assistant (RA)
Schedule: Every Weekend (Saturday & Sunday) | 2:45 PM – 11:15 PM

Cedar Hills Senior Living is seeking a caring, dependable, and compassionate Resident Assistant to join our team on weekend evenings. This position plays a vital role in ensuring our residents receive quality care, assistance, and companionship in a safe and supportive environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
• Respond promptly to resident call lights and requests for assistance.
• Assist residents with meals, hydration, and social engagement as needed.
• Observe and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff.
• Maintain accurate documentation as required.
• Assist with housekeeping and laundry tasks related to resident care.
• Promote resident dignity, independence, and quality of life.
• Follow all facility policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Previous caregiving, resident assistant, CNA, or healthcare experience preferred but not required.
• Compassionate and patient-centered attitude.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Ability to lift, transfer, and assist residents safely.
• Must pass background screening and meet employment requirements.
