This program provides essential support to newly immigrated families, assisting with navigation of local services and facilitating successful school integration for children.
Program Details:
- Provide one-on-one tutoring support (online or in-person) to students, primarily grades 2-5
- Respond to program announcements and opportunities shared via Discord
- Offer instruction in areas requested by families, including creative writing, mathematics, and other academic skills
- Create a volunteer profile highlighting your skills, interests, teaching capabilities, and availability
Volunteer Hours: Lesson preparation + instruction time
