Brand Ambassador Full Time Admin Navarre, FL, US Salary Range: $31,000.00 To $100,000.00 Annually Summary: Paradise Home Services is looking for a motivated/reliable full-time Brand Ambassador to work with our partner, The Home Depot. We are an exclusive contractor performing HVAC and plumbing services for them. BE PART OF OUR GROWTH! The ideal candidate for this position will be well‑spoken, energetic, self‑motivated, and not afraid to spark a conversation! Lead Generators explain our products and services to homeowners visiting The Home Depot Stores. This position requires an outgoing personality, ability to overcome objections, and a positive attitude! Our Brand Ambassadors will travel to and between stores and events, so reliable transportation is a must. This position provides a flexible schedule, but some weekend events will be necessary. A background in customer service or the trades is a plus, but not mandatory. We will train you! A successful candidate for this role will be a key component in our company's growth by engaging with customers in the store and at events. No pushy sales tactics will be necessary! We are in the business of building relationships and gaining a customer for life! You will earn a starting hourly rate of $15.00 per hour plus a very lucrative BONUS structure! Being friendly and talking to anyone and everyone Setting appointments Meeting or exceeding appointment setting goals within system guidelines. Handling every prospect and customer with product knowledge, knowledge of competitive products, empathy and world class service. Generate sales leads for our sales team. Network and build trusting relationships with potential customers. Thoroughly understand our products and services to inform potential customers. Builds and maintains rapport with store personnel to effectively meet company and client objectives Other Duties: Performs other duties as requested Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities: Knowledge of standard installation processes for HVAC systems Organizational skills Negotiation and Closing skills Ability to work evenings and weekends in a rotation to accommodate customer’s schedule Ability to clearly and effectively communicate ideas related to policies and procedures and provide guidance to management and employees, verbally and in writing Ability to follow safety standards Ability to manage time effectively and efficiently Ability to multi‑task and work independently Regular and reliable attendance Minimum Qualifications: Self‑motivated Willingness to learn and grow Ability to work at outdoor events and stand for extended periods of time Must pass a background screening Have reliable transportation and possess a valid state driver's license. Possesses the aptitude and ability to gain adequate knowledge of the products represented. Has desire and ability to proactively intercept, engage, interact, and sell product to the consumer in a positive manner.
