Appliance & Refrigeration Repair Tech - Full & Part Time

Appliance and Refrigeration Repair Technician We are looking for a skilled technician to travel to customers’ homes and diagnose and repair a variety of home appliances, including refrigerators, washers, dryers, dishwashers, and microwaves. The role requires excellent customer service, strong mechanical knowledge, and the ability to work independently while maintaining a company vehicle and tool kit. Why This Role? Deliver an excellent customer experience that exceeds expectations. Provide value‑added solutions to improve customers’ homes. Maintain and organize the company vehicle and manage parts efficiently. Perform additional duties as assigned. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. EPA Type I or EPA Universal certification. Mechanical knowledge and aptitude, including use of testing & repair tools. Experience diagnosing and repairing home appliances preferred. Ability to follow directions and processes for quality workmanship. Proficiency with smartphone for part ordering and support. Successful background & drug screen. Valid driver’s license for the state(s) of work. Up to 100% travel willingness. Ability to work variable and flexible hours, including overtime. Ability to read, understand, and apply technical text. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; proficiency in English. Physical ability to lift up to 20 lbs frequently, and occasionally up to 100 lbs. Physical ability to bend, squat, kneel, twist, turn, stoop, climb, and crawl as needed. Ability to drive an automatic transmission vehicle. Minimum of 1–2 years of relevant experience.
