About the Role
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Stockroom Associate to join our warehouse team. This role involves safely unloading inbound trailers, organizing packages, and loading outbound trailers to support efficient warehouse operations. The position requires physical stamina, attention to safety, and the ability to perform repetitive manual tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely unload products from inbound trailers and transfer them onto conveyor systems
• Organize and load packages or pallets onto outbound trailers as needed
• Ensure all items are securely placed on conveyors to prevent damage during transit
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency
• Follow all safety protocols and workplace guidelines
• Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to meet daily operational goals
• Lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout shifts
• Stand, walk, and perform repetitive physical tasks for extended periods
• Complete verification requirements, including E-Verify, background check, and drug screening

Required Qualifications

• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs repeatedly
• Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for long durations
• Dependability, punctuality, and reliability in attendance

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in warehouse operations or physical labor (not mandatory but preferred)
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and follow safety protocols
