Labor Relations Lead for Construction Projects & Unions

Bechtel

Bechtel is seeking a Labor Relations professional to monitor field labor practices on a major construction project in New Albany, Ohio. You will assist staffing plans, wage trend studies, and craft training/orientation programs to support workforce development. You will facilitate communication, ensure compliance with labor laws, and collaborate with local unions and site leadership to resolve issues and minimize schedule disruptions. #J-18808-Ljbffr Bechtel
