What You’ll Do Occupational Therapist Evaluate children from birth to age 21 for fine motor, visual motor, sensory processing, executive functioning and other skills to determine impact on activities of daily living, rest and sleep, education, play, leisure, and social participation. Work closely with patient caregivers and the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans. Maintain professional and technical competencies and uphold federal/state licensure and ethical expectations. Speech Language Pathologist Prevent, assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, social communication, cognitive‑communication, and swallowing disorders in children from birth to age 21 to achieve the highest level of functioning and prevent regression. Work closely with patients, caregivers, and the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans. Accurately document treatment sessions and progress or evaluation reports in detail. Maintain professional and technical competencies and uphold federal/state licensure and ethical expectations. Physical Therapist Examine and evaluate children from birth to age 21 with congenital and orthopedic conditions to improve mobility through skilled gross motor interventions, gait training, equipment and orthotic management, neuromuscular re‑education, and therapeutic exercises. Work closely with patient caregivers and the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans. Maintain professional and technical competencies and uphold federal/state licensure and ethical expectations. Requirements What We’re Looking For: Our Ideal SLP Candidate Has: Master’s Degree in Speech Language Pathology and hold an applicable, current, unrestricted license to practice or be in the process of obtaining a license. Our Ideal OT Candidate Has: Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy and hold an applicable, current, unrestricted license to practice or be in the process of obtaining a license. Our Ideal PT Candidate Has: Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy and hold an applicable, current, unrestricted license to practice or be in the process of obtaining a license.
