Job description

In achieving the mission to educate, develop young
children in a balanced, challenging academic preschool.
Recognizing the unique potential and worth of each child,
the program is designed to encourage the development of
self-esteem, initiative, and confidence.

Responsibilities
● Direct and manage admission programs for recruitment,
enrollment, and retention.
● Cultivate relationships with parent community, and
organize parent admission ambassadors.
● Create, implement, and report on annual goals,
objectives, and a plan of action for attracting and retaining
students.
● Collaborate closely with the Parents Association
leadership and Parent Ambassadors. ● Undertake other
duties and responsibilities of a preschool director.

move projects and the school forward through creativity
and cooperation.
● Extensive knowledge and experience with Schools Admissions and Marketing.
● Excellent project management skills and the ability to
manage multiple initiatives.
● Excellent writing and verbal skills, including the ability to
present in front of large and small groups and
communicate in a compelling manner on behalf of an
organization.
● Passionate about different cultures, the work and
mission, highly organized and detail-oriented.
● Ability to develop a rapport with all types of people to
develop strong and meaningful relationships with
prospective parents, current parents, faculty, and
volunteers.

● Experience being a preschool director
● Self-confident, poised, while at the same time
empathetic, humble, and respectful.

communication and engagements.

Salary plus commission.
77,000 for full-time. 40,000 part-time.
