Relief Residential Supervisor We are looking for individuals with strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to serve in our residential group homes serving at‑risk youth. Responsibilities include creating and maintaining the schedule for adequate staff coverage and performance, maintaining group home site compliance, and participating in the creation, implementation, and monitoring of client treatment plans. Requirements Associate’s degree in a related field or equivalent direct experience of at least 2 years Broad knowledge of non‑profit administration and child protective systems Approved CORI & DCF background checks (performed by the EEC) Approved driving background check Valid driver’s license Reliable transportation required Must be at least 21 years old AA/EOE: We believe diversity strengthens our organization! #J-18808-Ljbffr
