Resident Care Coordinator & Advocacy Specialist

COMHAR is seeking a Care Coordinator Specialist to oversee services for residents in a Long-Term Structured Residence setting. You will coordinate care, support admissions, and ensure compliance with all policies. The role collaborates with the LTSR Director and treatment team to deliver high-quality, resident-centered services. The position includes supervision of funds, court-related coordination, and active participation in quality improvement, with a schedule Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM, #J-18808-Ljbffr Comhar Inc.
