Document Control Coordinator

Overview To work in an accurate and fast paced environment, to meet the daily deadlines required in the company. Responsibilities Process all print requests, including scanning new drawings or plotting from existing electronic files. Scan and plot drawings. Download and upload files to FTP sites. Create drawing transmittals. Convert files to other formats. Plot drawings from FTP sites and emails. Interpret and implement written instructions from print requests. Import detailing modeling files into FabTrol. Generate Load Lists and Shipping Lists and Cut Lists in OptiMiser. Work independently with minimal supervision. Prioritize tasks to meet unexpected deadlines. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED. Basic computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and FabTrol. Good communication skills and ability to work cooperatively with others. Knowledge of Wide Format Digital Reprographics preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr UNION ERECTORS, LLC
