About the Role
The Company is in search of a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to provide visionary leadership and strategic direction. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the organization's strategy, operations, and advocacy efforts, with a focus on ensuring the long-term success of the association and its members. This role involves serving as the chief ambassador, building relationships to advance healthcare access, and improve community health outcomes. The CEO will also be tasked with creating and maintaining a high-performance organizational culture, leading advocacy initiatives, and ensuring strong fiscal management and compliance. Candidates for the CEO position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a Master's degree preferred, and at least 5 years of progressive leadership experience in community health, healthcare, public health, or a related sector. The role requires proven success in strategic leadership, stakeholder engagement, advocacy, and financial stewardship, as well as experience in leading complex organizations or multi-site operations. Knowledge of healthcare systems, financing, and community-based care in the region is essential. The ideal candidate will be a strategic leader with a passion for the mission of the organization, dedicated to improving healthcare access and community health.
