The team is highly data-driven, running hundreds of consumer experiments per year, and is committed to shaping the future of how people discover and enjoy entertainment through intelligence that learns, adapts, and assists.About the RoleAs Director of Product Management for Search, you will lead this unified Search and Voice team at the most consequential moment in its history: the convergence of two world-class AI/ML-powered products into Roku’s flagship platform assistant. You will define the multi-year strategy for the Roku Entertainment Assistant, build organizational alignment with senior leadership and cross-functional partners, grow and mentor a high-performing team of product managers, and own measurable outcomes across engagement, monetization, and product quality. Compensation packages are based on factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, certifications, and specific geographical location.
