Field Service Representative (FSR) – Job Description We’re seeking an experienced Field Service Representative (FSR) to deliver exceptional on‑site technical service as the primary technical liaison between Veolia and our industrial customers. You will commute daily and work independently across diverse industries, providing expert installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting services for chemical feed equipment and water treatment systems while building lasting customer relationships through technical excellence. Responsibilities Install, commission, and service chemical feed equipment, pumps, controllers, and instrumentation systems at customer sites. Act as a technical consultant, providing expert recommendations, training, and solutions to customer management and technical teams per contract language. Perform water analysis, calibrate equipment, program controllers, conduct preventative maintenance, and diagnose and resolve system issues through remote support technologies and on‑site interventions. Maintain detailed service reports, inventory management, and ensure all safety protocols are followed. Support one site and provide superior communication with the account manager within the assigned territory, coordinating with sales teams for optimal service delivery. Qualifications Education & Experience Technical degree or diploma in Electrical, Electronic Technology, Instrumentation, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline preferred; a high school diploma or GED is required. 2–5 years of experience in instrumentation and electronics, plant operations/maintenance, or equivalent technical training. Familiarity with water treatment processes and industrial equipment preferred. Full valid driver's license and willingness to travel; a learner's permit or G1/G2 class will not qualify. Eligible to lawfully work in the U.S. immediately; Veolia does not sponsor for U.S. work authorization. Key Characteristics Strong troubleshooting abilities for electrical and mechanical systems.
