You’ll be: Following facility and departmental standard operating procedures, safety protocols, and work instructions Maintaining pace with press cycle times and grinding parts/removing pull-tabs as required Performing visual, in-process, and final inspections of parts; reporting defects to supervisors or quality technicians Sorting parts accurately according to labeling system and communicating job status, part issues, and product variations to team members Keeping the work area and equipment clean and orderly This job might be an outstanding fit if you: Have a high school diploma or equivalent (required) Can stand, walk, and reach for extended periods, and use hands for repetitive production tasks Can regularly lift or move up to 10 pounds, frequently up to 40 pounds, and occasionally more than 40 pounds Possess strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions Are comfortable working near moving mechanical parts Can provide closed-toe shoes and comply with safety regulations (PPE provided) Are comfortable in an entry-level, hands-on production environment What happens next Once you apply, you’ll proceed to next steps if your skills and experience look like a good fit.
