Production Technician

Seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Production Worker. This position will initially be assigned to the Inspection Department, where the employee will perform visual and dimensional inspections of manufactured products to ensure they meet company quality standards. As training progresses, the employee will be cross-trained to support operations in the Anodizing and Coating Departments, providing flexibility across multiple production areas. Responsibilities

Perform visual and dimensional inspections of manufactured components to ensure compliance with company quality standards and customer specifications. Prepare, handle, clean, mask, and inspect parts before and after the coating process. Operate within established work instructions, accurately complete inspection and production documentation, identify and report quality concerns, and maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area while following all company safety and quality procedures.
