We are looking for a Shop Foreman/Lead Technician to help lead our technician team at our Lancaster, SC Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram store! This is a unique opportunity to step into a leadership role at a brand-new shop in one of the fastest-growing markets in the region.

About the Role: Our ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram experience with completed Phase 3 training. You will be both a hands-on, production-based technician and a leader for the team. The ideal candidate will set the pace in the shop, provide guidance and technical expertise and help drive overall productivity!

Compensation & Benefits: The selected candidate will receive a competitive flat rate with opportunity for self and team production-based bonuses in the $40.00-54.00/hr pay range. Responsibilities:

• Conduct diagnostic tests and identify automotive issues.
• Perform routine maintenance services as well as repairs on vehicles.
• Provide leadership and guidance to a team of 10+ technicians.
• Complete online and video multi-point inspections and recommend appropriate services and repairs based on findings.
• Quality check and test drive vehicles after repairs are completed.
• Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications.
• Continuously learn and keep up-to-date with technical advancements.
• Ensure all manufacturer training is completed for yourself and your team.
• Assist and mentor team members on diagnostics, repair processes and best practices.
• Work closely with service management to achieve department goals.

Requirements:

• Must have at least 2 years experience as a Phase 3 CDJR Technician
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to properly use diagnostic equipment and Mopar special tools
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented with good organizational skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Must have a valid driver's license
