Lead, Point-of-Care Testing & Phlebotomy Operations

Responsibilities Supervise Outpatient and Outreach Phlebotomy, and Point of Care Services under CLIA licenses, ensuring staffing, compliance, accurate orders, and timely specimen processing. Lead workflow organization, quality assurance, and methodology evaluation, participating in equipment and procedure updates. Set departmental standards, policies, and quality metrics, ensuring regulatory compliance and accreditation readiness. Collaborate with clinical departments, external providers, and IT to meet service needs and promote growth. Manage personnel through training, performance evaluations, staffing, and human resources policies, fostering positive relations. Oversee budget, supplies, and resource utilization, ensuring operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Communicate effectively, promote teamwork, ensure professional environment, and maintain safety standards. Participate in organizational meetings, safety training, and special projects.
