Client Advisor, Leather Goods

Summary The Client Advisor, Leather Goods is responsible for building and maintaining client relationships at the Saks Fifth Avenue NYC location while achieving sales targets and upholding the brand image. The role requires deep product knowledge of leather goods, effective use of CRM, and contribution to visual presentation and store standards. The position is hourly and requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Responsibilities Continuously meet or surpass monthly and yearly sales objectives and individual KPI targets. Deliver outstanding, personalized customer service and build enduring client relationships. Utilize CRM tools to gather and record customer data and manage an accurate client book. Promote store events and follow up on sales, events, and client inquiries via email, phone, and notes. Maintain sales floor and stockroom organization, support shipping and receiving, and assist with inventory control. Contribute to visual merchandising and uphold brand image standards. Address client issues including shipping and alterations and perform general store housekeeping. Requirements Over three years of luxury fashion sales experience in a retail environment. Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and building client relationships. Excellent verbal and written communication, strong organizational skills, and ability to multitask. Team-oriented mindset, adaptability, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
