Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive patient-centered care by managing the therapeutic process for an assigned caseload of patients, coordinating with physicians and a multidisciplinary team.
• Conduct thorough patient assessments to develop and implement individualized care plans focused on achieving realistic health and rehabilitation goals.
• Provide or oversee the majority of physical therapy interventions, ensuring consistency with each patient's plan of care established by their healthcare team.
• Utilize evidence-based practices to evaluate and adapt therapeutic techniques aimed at improving functional status and enhancing patient outcomes.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapeutic exercises, the use of rehabilitative devices, and long-term management strategies to support recovery outside of therapy sessions.
• Prioritize your caseload effectively, coordinating with colleagues for optimal patient care and operational efficiency.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Physical Therapist in our facility, you will work with a varied patient demographic, including adults and children with orthopedic and neurological conditions. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy is required; a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) is preferred.

• No prior experience is required, although familiarity with patient care protocols and therapeutic practices is advantageous.
