Reedy River Landscapes is a design-build landscape company that has served Greenville and the Upstate for 10 years, with residential installs, and irrigation and lighting service.

We're hiring a Director of Operations to run everything after a project is sold: crews, scheduling, materials, job costing, equipment, safety, and field hiring. You'll report to the owner and lead our field supervisors, project managers, and purchaser. Your goal is to make sure every project is built to our standard, on schedule, and at the margin it was bid at. The role is mostly office-based, with time on active job sites every day.

What you'll do:

• Lead field supervisors and project managers and own the production schedule

• Own job-level P&Ls and track actual costs against the bid

• Oversee purchasing, fleet, equipment, and the safety program

• Hire, train, and develop field crews and leaders

• Deliver a weekly operations scorecard to the owner

Pay and benefits:

• Base salary of $95,000 to $120,000, based on experience

• Quarterly performance bonus tied to job gross margin and operations KPIs, targeted at 20% of base

• 401(k) with a 6% company match

• Unlimited PTO

• Mileage reimbursement at the IRS rate

• Company laptop

Required Experience:

• 7+ years in landscape, hardscape, or construction operations, with 3+ years leading crews or supervisors

• A track record of managing job costs and margins against budget

• Experience scheduling multiple crews and projects at once

• Strong software skills (accounting, scheduling or field tools, spreadsheets)

• Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and a reliable vehicle for daily site visits
