Director of Nursing (Long Term Care) leading nursing operations for a 13‑week travel assignment near Dodge City, Kansas. You will oversee nursing staff, develop care plans, and ensure regulatory compliance while delivering high‑quality resident care.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans for residents.

2. Lead and supervise nursing staff, ensuring adherence to state and federal regulations.

Qualifications:
