Health Center EVS Associate | Full Time

Title: Environmental Servs. Associate Job Status: Non-Exempt, Full-Time (37.5 hrs/week) Work Schedule: Monday - Friday with Rotating Weekend, 6:15AM - 2:15PM Rate of Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour, based on experience Responsibilities Exemplify at all times Community standards of cleanliness, sanitation and organization. Responsible for performing a variety of housekeeping functions to maintain an attractive, clean, and comfortable environment to meet the needs of residents. Dust furniture and empty trashcans. Spot clean walls and windows. Assist with cleaning during discharges and admissions of residents. Clean all bathrooms including counters, mirrors, sinks, lavatories and fixtures in apartment and common areas. Qualifications High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required. Minimum of three to six months experience in housekeeping or janitorial position preferred.
