Roofing Sales Representative

Job Description

The Roofing Sales Representative plays a crucial role in driving sales within commercial and industrial roofing projects. Operating as an independent representative under the guidance of a sales manager, this position requires frequent travel to customer sites and daily use of mobile CRM apps and specialized sales software. The ideal candidate will be adept at client consultation, contract negotiation, and relationship building, with clear opportunities for advancement and commission-based bonuses.

Responsibilities

Consult with clients to assess roofing needs and present tailored solutions
Deliver persuasive sales presentations and negotiate contracts
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and close sales
Maintain accurate sales reporting using mobile CRM apps and sales software
Build and sustain strong customer relationships to foster repeat business
Stay knowledgeable about roofing products and industry trends

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 1 year experience in sales

Preferred Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Proficiency with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools
Strong negotiation and closing skills
Effective communication and time management abilities
In-depth knowledge of roofing products
Experience in sales strategy and problem solving
