The role involves managing the admission criteria and planning for patient discharge. Collaboration with interdisciplinary teams is essential to ensure comprehensive care. You will participate in disease management and develop plans of care. Experience in worker's compensation case management is advantageous. The position does not require weekends, but weekend work may be available. On-call requirements are not applicable for this role. Candidates with prior experience in similar settings are encouraged to apply. This is a day shift position with guaranteed hours.
