Key Responsibilities

As a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive psychiatric assessments and evaluations to accurately diagnose mental health conditions in patients.
• Managing medication therapies, including prescribing, monitoring effectiveness, and adjusting treatments as necessary.
• Collaborating closely with primary care physicians and other healthcare providers to coordinate integrated care plans for patients.
• Providing crisis intervention services and offering support during moments of emotional distress, ensuring a safe and therapeutic environment.

Compensation and Benefits
